چکیده

This article aims to introduce the terms NI-Natural Intelligence, AI-Artificial ML-Machine Learning, DL-Deep ES-Expert Systems and etc. used by modern digital world mining mineral processing show main differences between them. As well known, each scientific technological step in industry creates huge amount of raw data there is a serious necessity firstly classify Afterwards experts should find alternative solutions order get optimal results using those parameters relations them special simulation software platforms. Development these models for such complex operations not only time consuming lacks real applicability but also requires integration multiple platforms, intensive process knowledge extensive model validation. An example case study demonstrated are discussed within covering inferences, comments decision during NI use experimental flotation related postgraduate compares with possible AI use.

Natural Semantics in Artificial Intelligence

This paper discusses human semantic know ledge and processing in terms of the SCHOLAR system. In one major section we discuss the imprecision, the incompleteness, the open-endedness, and the uncertainty of people's knowledge. In the other major section we discuss strategies people use to make dif ferent types of deductive, negative, and functional inferences, and the way uncer tainties combi...

Recent Technological Advances in Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence

There has been many philosophical discussions about the realizability of machines that are as intelligent as (or more) humans. Turing Test defines a certain methodology to test if a machine is intelligent or not. The machine may or may not have the same processing method as humans. Though there has always been a debate regarding the validity of the test (John Searle et al), satisfying Turing te...

Artificial Life and Natural Intelligence

This paper reviews the neuroscience literature to sculpt a view of intelligence from the artificial life (ALife) perspective. Three key themes are used to motivate a journey down the low road to cognition. First, the origins of brain structures and dynamics exhibit considerable emergence at phylogenic, epigenetic, and ontogenetic levels. Second, ALife complexity measures have interesting parall...

ions of these networks, eg, cube on cube (The Society of Mind by Marvin Minsky, MIT, 1985) and “learning” mechanisms (The Organization of Behavior by Donald O Hebb, 1949) may not constitute intelligence. These processes populate fields with values from the user environment which can be selectively used (per contra hard coded defined sets). For example, NEST Learning Thermostat uses input values...
